Returns \u2014 withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>\n
\n

Orders placed before 28 July 2026<\/strong> is handled by OVA Magdalena Mazurek \u2014 for these matters (returns, complaints, documents) write to office@ova.com.pl<\/strong>, tel. +48 883 773 111. This also applies to complaints submitted today, if the purchase took place before that date.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Masz 14 days<\/strong> from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. It is enough that you send us notice of withdrawal within that time \u2014 you can then send the goods back within the following 14 days.<\/p>\n

How to do it:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Napisz na hello@layarpmu.com<\/strong> or complete withdrawal form<\/a> .<\/li>\n
  2. Send the goods back to:
    \n LAYAR Konrad Grochulski, ul. Gruszkowa 13, 72-003 Wo\u0142czkowo<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. We refund the whole amount \u2014 the price of the goods and the delivery cost \u2014 within 14 days<\/strong> from receiving your declaration. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You bear the cost of sending the goods back.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Do the goods have to be unused?<\/h3>\n

    You may look at and check the goods<\/strong> \u2014 just as you would in a bricks-and-mortar shop. Simply opening the parcel or looking at the product does not take away your right to return it.<\/p>\n

    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if you handled them beyond what was needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n

    When a return is not available<\/h3>\n

    In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> including for cosmetics delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery<\/strong> \u2014 for reasons of hygiene and health protection.<\/p>\n

    This also applies to products with a short shelf life and to digital content, if you consented to performance beginning immediately and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

    We state this in the description of every product to which it applies.<\/p>\n

    \n

    Complaints \u2014 goods not conforming with the contract<\/h2>\n

    If the goods you receive do not conform with the contract \u2014 damaged, incomplete, different from what you ordered, or lacking the qualities you could expect \u2014 you may submit a complaint.<\/p>\n

    We are liable for 2 years<\/strong> from delivery of the goods. Throughout that period we have to prove<\/strong>that the goods conformed with the contract \u2014 not you.<\/p>\n

    How to report:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Napisz na hello@layarpmu.com<\/strong> or complete formularz reklamacyjny<\/a> .<\/li>\n
    2. Describe what the problem is, give the order number and state what you expect.<\/li>\n
    3. Send the goods back to:
      \n LAYAR Konrad Grochulski, ul. Gruszkowa 13, 72-003 Wo\u0142czkowo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      We bear the cost of sending back the goods being complained about.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      We respond within 14 days.<\/strong> A failure to respond within that period means we have accepted the complaint.<\/p>\n

      What you can demand<\/h3>\n

      First of all: repair<\/strong> albo replacement<\/strong> the goods \u2014 at our cost and within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n

      A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract<\/strong> you may demand where:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • we refuse to repair or replace,<\/li>\n
      • we fail to bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time,<\/li>\n
      • the non-conformity persists despite our attempt at repair,<\/li>\n
      • the non-conformity is serious enough to justify doing so straight away.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You cannot withdraw from the contract if the non-conformity is immaterial.<\/p>\n

        \n

        If we do not reach an agreement<\/h2>\n

        Using out-of-court methods of resolving disputes is voluntary. You may:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • ask for free assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
        • submit an application to the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection<\/strong> for out-of-court dispute resolution,<\/li>\n
        • turn to consumer organisations (the Consumer Federation, the Polish Consumers Association).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The register of authorised entities is kept by the President of UOKiK: https:\/\/polubowne.uokik.gov.pl<\/strong><\/p>\n
